Westchester and the Hudson Valley are one of CityLeaf's newest regions. From Yonkers — just north of the Bronx — to White Plains' county seat and the Hudson Valley towns further north, this region's OCM-licensed cannabis market has grown steadily as New York's legal framework expanded beyond New York City.

CityLeaf applies the same standard here as everywhere else: every dispensary is verified against the official OCM registry before it's listed. No unlicensed shops, no gray-market operators.
